Severability clause
If any provision of the contract shall be invalid or impracticable in whole or in part this shall not affect the validity of the remaining part of this Contract. In lieu of the invalid or impracticable provision a n appropriate provision shall apply which is nearest to the intent of the contracting parties of to what would have been their intention in keeping with the meaning and purpose of the contract if they had considered this issue at the conclusion of the contract or at a later addition of a provision.

Applicable law, place of performance and jurisdiction
Any disputes between us and the User/Customer shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany under exclusion of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG), without prejudice to any mandatory conflict of law’s provisions. The exclusive court of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from and in relation to the contractual relationship and its execution is Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
